Orpheus Singers
About:

Orpheus Singers are a chamber choir formed in September 1991 by Alan and Anne Burnett to perform classical music, they are now conducted by Philip Fryer. The members of the SATB group are island-wide, with vacancies particularly in the tenor and bass sections for reasonable sight readers. They perform two or three concerts a year in different venues across the Island, rehearse on Tuesday evenings from 7.15 – 9.15 in St John’s Newport and would welcome younger singers who would like to gain some experience of singing classical music.
